Pablo Uribe A. has initiated and led transformations in more than 85 companies and public entities, in over 20 economic sectors, in Latin America, Europe and the United States. He has achieved major improvements in sales, productivity, profits and culture, through new business models, best practices and new technologies.
Pablo is the director of the management consulting practice at Xtrategy, which includes strategy, corporate governance, leadership, organizational architecture and culture.
He is key-note speaker on leadership and human development, among other topics.
Pablo has experience as a business owner in the human resources, software, artificial intelligence, biometrics, consulting, and industrial services sectors. He also has experience as a university professor and member of boards of directors, including Bavaria Foundation’s.
He worked as regional vice-president of the global brewery ABInBev in the region comprising Bavaria in Colombia, Backus in Peru and Cervecería Nacional in Ecuador.
Previously, he worked as vice-president of Cervecería Nacional de Panamá; SABMiller’s global manager of organizational development (OD) in London’s headquarters, and director OD for Latin America of the same company. He began his career in Shell.
He is a Business Administrator with a minor in marketing from EAFIT University in Medellin, from which he graduated at the top of his class. He completed a Master’s degree in Project Management from Lancaster University in England, with scholarships from The British Council and Colfuturo, from which he graduated with distinction and first in his cohort.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Finance with an honorary scholarship, in addition to executive development and leadership programs at INCAE, Case Western Reserve University, ADEN and Carnegie Mellon.
