Momin b. Mohsin is a Junior Associate at Xtrategy, where he specialises in international arbitration and public international law. He has worked on international investment arbitrations, supporting complex cross-border disputes and the representation of sovereign states. He has also served as a Tribunal Assistant in proceedings conducted under the ICDR/AAA Rules. Momin brings to his role a strong academic foundation and practical legal experience across three jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Xtrategy, Momin clerked at a litigation firm in Virginia, where he worked on a range of matters, including a complex financial fraud case in the Eastern District of Virginia. He drafted pleadings and dispositive motions, conducted in-depth legal research, and contributed to appellate briefs before the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit. He was also involved in all stages of discovery, including preparing and responding to discovery requests and managing document collection and review, developing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to litigation.
He recently completed his LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center, specialising in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. He also holds a J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Nottingham in the UK.
