Momin bin Mohsin, Esq.

ASSOCIATE

Momin is currently a Legal Trainee at Xtrategy LLP, where he gains valuable experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution. He is also pursuing an LLM with a specialisation in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at Georgetown Law Centre, expected to graduate in June 2025. In addition to his academic work, Momin serves as an LLM Adviser for the Georgetown Journal of International Law, Finance Director for the LLM Committee, Graduate Moot Court Member, and Events Co-Organiser for the Georgetown International Arbitration Society.

Momin has gained work experience across three distinct legal jurisdictions: Pakistan, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He previously earned a J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the International Law Journal. He also holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Nottingham, UK, and is skilled in legal research, writing, and analysis, with a particular focus on human rights, international arbitration, and public international law.

In addition to his legal practice and academic achievements, Momin has published in journals such as the Santa Clara Journal of International Law and the Northwestern Journal of Human Rights. He is licensed to practise law in the District of Columbia and is fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
