Pablo has led change and transformation processes in several companies in Latin America, with proven success of meeting set goals of revenue, productivity and bottom-line, through implementation of new business models, best practices and new technologies.
Pablo holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing – awarded best-in-class. He graduated from the Msc. in Project Management with Honors Distinction as the top student at Lancaster University Management School (UK). He also holds a postgraduate in Finance and executive / CEO development programs from INCAE, ADEN and Carnegie Mellon (USA).
Pablo started his professional career in Shell Venezuela. Subsequently, he has been an international consultant; an entrepreneur in the software, technology and consultancy industries; and a university lecturer.
At the SABMiller brewery he led the Organizational Development area for Latin America, and later assumed a global role in SABMiller’s corporate offices in England. He served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cervecería Nacional de Panamá, and later as Regional Vice President of ‘People’ at ABInBev, the world’s largest beer company, in the Latin American area comprised of Bavaria from Colombia, Backus from Peru and Cervecería National of Ecuador.
Currently, he is an entrepreneur, key-note speaker and Xtrategy Center’s Director, where he leads the business consulting practice, which includes, among other topics, strategy, corporate governance, organizational architecture and culture. He is also Director of the Latin-American human management firm, Humanet Corporation and its headhunting arm TheHuman-Link.
