Ana Milena Vives is an International Clerk of the Arbitration and International Law practice at Xtrategy
in Bogota. Currently, she is carrying out her undergraduate studies in Economics and Law at the
Universidad de los Andes. Ana Milena has academic experience in public international law.

Throughout her career, she has participated in different research groups developing her drafting and analytical skills, especially on topics related to public international law, including international obligations and responsibilities of States. These include the International Law Research Group and the Model United Nations, both at Universidad de los
Andes.

Ana Milena is a Teacher Assistant (TA) of Public International Law at Universidad de los Andes, where
she previously served as TA of Legal Sociology.

Recently, she was part of the champion team of the Children’s Rights Moot Court competition organized by the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, and won the award for best oralist as Respondent.

Ana Milena is bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish.
